To sign into the Operator Dashboard (Expert), you must first have an account. There is no facility to create an account automatically at this stage.

Please email app@smartawards.co.uk to have an account registered in your name. 

You will receive the login details after the account has been created.  NOTE: Your operator account credentials cannot be used for the Smart Awards App. You will need to register separately for an account on that platform.
